20. An underrated director

You know, I’m sure people won’t consider him to be one but I’m going to go with Sam Mendes. All we ever really hear about with him is American Beauty non-stop and yes that’s a great movie, but the rest of his movies are just as wonderful even though some people aren’t big fans. Away We Go is one of my all-time favorites, I don’t care much for Jarhead because it’s war but it’s not a bad movie at all, Road to Perdition is excellent, and Revolutionary Road breaks my damn heart. I love the guy and can’t wait to see what he does with Skyfall.
