I don’t understand why people talk shit about Tim Burton because he loves casting Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter in his movies. Martin Scorsese loves Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio. Quentin Tarantino loves Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman. David Fincher loves Brad Pitt. Woody Allen loves whoever he is infatuated with at the moment. Alfred Hitchcock loved all blonde women. Seriously. It’s not like directors having favorite actors/actresses is anything new.
